摘要
开放教育汉语言文学专业(师范方向)是S省欠发达地区基层中小学语文教师进行职后学历提升和学科系统再教育的重要途径,也是其“学科核心素养”得以持续发展的重要保证。开放教育汉语言文学专业(师范方向)实践教学体系主要存四个方面的问题:实践教学目标设置缺乏“对象性”;实践教学内容缺乏“系统性”;实践教学手段与教学条件缺乏“可操作性”;实践教学评价体系缺乏“有效性”。基于学习者“学科核心素养”发展的现实状况与发展需求,可以从四个方面进行实践教学体系的改革:以中小学语文教师“学科核心素养”发展为实践教学目标;建构基于“学科核心素养”发展的实践教学内容体系;建设符合开放教育办学体系特性的、具有可操作性的实践教学体系;基于学科核心能力形成的过程性与动态性,设置多元实践评价体系。
Chinese Language and literature major (normal direction) in open education is an important way for Chinese teachers in primary and middle schools in underdeveloped areas of S province to improve their academic qualifications and re-educate the subject system after service, and it is also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of their “Discipline core literacy”. There are four main problems in the practice teaching system of Chinese Language and literature major (normal direction) in open education: The setting of practical teaching objectives lacks “objectivity”;The content of practice teaching lacks “systematization”;Practical teaching means and teaching conditions lack of “operability”;The evaluation system of practice teaching lacks “validity”. The practical teaching system can be reformed from four aspects: taking the development of primary and secondary school Chinese teachers’ “Discipline core literacy” as the practical teaching goal;Constructing the practical teaching content system based on the development of “Discipline core literacy”;Building a practical teaching system that conforms to the characteristics of open education;Based on the process and dynamic nature of the formation of discipline core competence, setting up a multivariate practice evaluation system.
