摘要
近年来互联网与文化产业融合发展势头强劲,带动了对新型文化产业管理人才的大量需求,进一步对国内高校的文化产业管理人才培养模式和教学体系提出了新要求。面对这种形势,各高校文化产业管理专业应切实从培养目标的设定、师资队伍的建设、专业课程的设置、教学模式和方法的选择、实习实践基地的建设等方面大力进行以实践能力培养为导向的创新和改革,以期培养符合当前互联网与文化产业融合发展需要的高素质、应用型和实践型专业人才。
In recent years,the strong momentum of the integration of the Internet and the cultural industry has led to a great demand for the new talented cultural industry managers,and the new requirements for the training mode and teaching system in domestic colleges and universities.Facing this situation,the cultural industry management Specialty in colleges and universities should energetically carry out innovation and reform guided by practical ability from the setting of training objectives,the construction of the teaching staff,the setting of courses,the selection of teaching modes and the construction of practice bases,in order to cultivate a group of high-quality,applied and practical professionals who are in line with the needs of the integration of the Internet and the Cultural industry at present.
