摘要
目的:研究固定式中药热奄包袋在急诊科的应用效果。方法:采用简单随机抽样的方式将患者分为了观察组与对照组,每组各50名患者。其中观察组患者采用固定式中药热奄包袋进行治疗及护理,对照组患者采用传统的中药热奄包袋进行治疗及护理。结果:两组患者的临床应用效果、使用便捷性、全程使用率等均存在显著差异。结论:固定式中药热奄包袋可有效提高患者疗效,同时为患者的使用提供方便,提高患者的遵医行为等。
Objective: To study the application effect of fixed Chinese medicine hot election bag in emergency department. Methods: Patients were divided into observation group and control group by simple random sampling, with 50 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with fixed TCM hot election bag, and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot election bag. Results: There were significant differences in clinical application effect, convenience and utilization rate between the two groups. Conclusion: Fixed TCM hot election bag can effectively improve the curative effect of patients, at the same time provide convenience for patients to use, improve patients’ compliance behavior.
