摘要
目的探讨在经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者中应用中药热奄包的干预效果。方法选取2020年2~10月中山市陈星海医院收治的120例经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入术的冠心病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将全部患者按1∶1分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组患者在住院期间给予常规护理,观察组患者在住院期间以常规护理为基础给予中药热奄包护理。比较2组的手部并发症发生率、手部肿胀情况、疼痛情况、满意率和不良事件发生率。结果观察组的手部并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后第3天,2组的手部肿胀值和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于同组术后第1天(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组发生1例轻度皮肤烫伤,对照组未发生皮肤烫伤及其他不良事件,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗患者中应用中药热奄包干预可降低其手部并发症发生率,改善手部肿胀和疼痛情况,提高其满意率。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Chinese medicine Reyanbao on patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary intervention via distal radial access.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary intervention via distal radial access in Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital from February to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into a control group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the hospitalization,while the patients in the observation group were given Chinese medicine Reyanbao on the basis of routine nursing during the hospitalization.The incidence of hand complications,hand swelling,pain intensity,satisfaction rate,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of hand complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3 rd day after operation,the hand swelling value and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups were lower than those on the 1 st day after operation(all P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(both P<0.05).There was 1 case of mild scald in the observation group,while no scald and other adverse events occurred in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing coronary intervention via distal radial access,the application of Chinese medicine Reyanbao can reduce the incidence of hand complications,relieve the hand swelling and pain,and improve the satisfaction rate.
