摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)在骨伤科临床上是最常见的腰腿痛疾患之一,给患者身心都带来非常大的困扰。本病在临床上有三种发作方式,分别为急性发作、慢性发作和无症状。当前腰椎间盘突出症的治疗主要分为手术治疗和保守治疗,在保守治疗方面,中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症在临床上取得了良好的疗效,依据用法主要可分为外用、内服、注射三种形式。本文就近年来腰椎间盘突出症急性发作的中药治疗方面综述如下。
Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is one of the most common lumbar and leg pain disorders in orthopedics,bringing great physical and mental difficulties to patients.This disease has three kinds of attack mode clinically,namely acute attack,chronic attack and asymptomatic attack.The current treatment of LDH is mainly classified into surgical treatment and conservative treatment.In terms of conservative treatment,TCM treatment of LDH has achieved good clinical efficacy.According to the usage,it can be classified into three forms:external application,internal administration and injection.In this paper,the treatment of acute attack of LDH with Chinese medicine in recent years is reviewed as follows.
