摘要
由于目前环卫企业对环卫车辆的管理大部分是基于传统方式进行管理,这样的管理存在着对车辆缺乏有效管理、缺乏应急调度等问题。针对这些问题,本文使用的是通过“互联网+”环卫车辆管理系统的建立,依托物联网、智能传感与移动互联网技术、GIS、GPS/4G无线视频定位设备,实现对车辆油耗、车辆状态、作业情况的本地精准采集,实现远程实时监控、自动核算、自动报警、历史分析、成本核算、位置管理等综合信息化管理;在电子地图上,可以对车辆作业过程中的运行路线、位置、速度、轨迹、扫路车空驶不落扫刷、洒水车空驶不喷水等进行监控。综上所述,该环卫车辆管理系统具有预警和考评功能,为机械化作业车辆清运网格化作业和指标考核提供了依据,控制了作业成本,大大提高了数字化管理水平。
At present, most of the management of the sanitation vehicles in the sanitation enterprises is based on the traditional way of management, which has the problems of the lack of effective management of the vehicles and the lack of emergency dispatch. In view of these problems, this paper uses the establishment of "Internet +"sanitation vehicle management system, relying on the Internet of Things, intelligent sensing and mobile Internet technology, GIS, GPS/4G wireless video positioning equipment to achieve local accurate acquisition of vehicle fuel consumption, vehicle status and op-eration conditions. Achieve remote real-time monitoring, automatic accounting, automatic alarm, historical analysis, cost accounting, location management and other comprehensive information management;on the electronic map, you can monitor the running route, position, speed, track of the vehicle in the process of operation, sweeping car’s empty driving that does not fall sweep brush, and sprinklers’ empty driving that does not spray water. To sum up, the sanitation vehicle man-agement system has the function of early warning and evaluation, which provides a basis for the mechanized vehicle cleaning and transportation grid operation and index assessment, controls the operation cost, and greatly improves the digital management level.
