摘要  "3G"城市公交车辆调度管理具有车辆动态信息查询、车辆动态跟踪、车辆调度、车辆分级管理4大功能.该系统有9个子系统分别完成车辆GPS定位、运营管理、IC卡收费管理、控制中心大屏幕显示、车辆运营协调、GIS数据查询与选择、移动通讯(GSM)、异常情况处理、信息服务等功能.该系统应用于广州市公交车辆调度管理,结果表明,能缓解城市公共交通拥挤,改善行车安全状况,提高了车辆运行效率,减少了城市空气污染. The operation management system of urban public traffic vehicles with 3G technology has 4 functions: vehicle information dynamic inquiry, vehicle dynamic control, vehicle operation and vehicle grade management. There are 9 subsystems in this system, which respectively perform vehicle GPS location, operation management, IC cards toll administration, big screen display control at control center, vehicle operation coordination management, GIS data inquiry and selection, mobile communication, abnormal situations handling, information service. The system has been used in the operation management of Guangzhou public traffic vehicles. The results show that it alleviates urban traffic congestion, improves safety of vehicle running, increases vehicle operation efficiency, and reduces urban air pollution.
