摘要
电力应急指挥系统为应对电力生产重特大事故、设备破坏、电力供应危机等与电力生产相关的严重自然灾害、重大突发事件以及公共安全事件提供技术保障,为管理决策者提供快速、准确的决策支持,对电力系统的安全可靠运行具有重要意义。文章结合南方电网应急指挥系统的特点和需求,给出了WebGIS在该应用系统中的一种高效的服务器端数据处理方法和客户端架构,以及服务器端和客户端的实时通信方案。
Power emergency command system plays an important role in serious accident,equipment damage,power supply crisis during power production associated with natural disasters,significant emergency and public security events.It provides technical support to decision makers,and has important significance for the safe and reliable operation of power system.Based on the characteristics and demands of the emergency command system of China Southern Power Grid,this paper introduces an efficient data processing method at server-side based on WebGIS in this system,and discusses client architecture and the real-time communication at both client and server-side.
