海底捞以其无微不至的服务,打造了火锅界龙头的市场地位和口碑。但餐饮业一直存在用工难、留人难的问题,快速扩大市场的海底捞建立了其相对完善的人事管理机制,为了了解海底捞的人事管理理念与机制,作者通过为期100天的亲身实践,基于ERG理论,对海底捞的人事管理机制从满足员工生存需要、相互关系需要和成长发展需要3个方面进行了分析,从而就其薪酬制度、晋升制度等方面存在的问题提出了建议,以优化餐饮业人事管理机制。
With its meticulous service, Haidilao has created a leading market position and reputation in the hotpot industry. But the catering industry has always had troubles of labor shortage and high staff turnover, Haidilao has established its relatively perfect personnel management mechanism with rapid market expansion. In order to understand the personnel management idea and mechanism of Haidilao, through 100 days of hands-on work, based on ERG theory, the author analyses the per-sonnel management mechanism of Haidilao from three aspects: meeting employees’ need of exist, mutual relationship and growth, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the salary system and promotion system etc, to optimize the catering industry personnel management mechanism.
