摘要
涡流传感作为近年国内外传感器发展的热门领域之一,日益得到重视和应用。涡流传感器可以实现非接触测量金属导体表面多种物理量,具有结构简单,灵敏度高,频率响应宽,不受油污等介质影响,抗干扰能力强等特点。本文首先对涡流传感的原理和关键技术进行了详细介绍,然后论述了涡流传感器在前沿工程技术领域的应用,综述了国内外研究新进展,最后分析了当前涡流传感技术面临的瓶颈并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Eddy current sensing, as one of the hot fields of sensor development at home and abroad in recent years, has received increasing attention and applications. The eddy current sensor can realize the non-contact measurement of various physical quantities on the surface of the metal conductor. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high sensitivity, wide frequency response, not affected by oil and other media, and strong anti-interference ability. This article first introduces the princi-ples and key technologies of eddy current sensing in detail, then discusses the application of eddy current sensors in the field of cutting-edge engineering technology, reviews the new research pro-gress at home and abroad, finally analyzes the bottlenecks faced by the current eddy current sens-ing technology and prospects for future development trends.
