摘要 针对电涡流传感器探头线圈几何参数对传感器灵敏度和线性范围的影响,本文采用有限元的分析方法,分析了圆柱形线圈轴线平面上的磁力线分布状态,并研究和分析了线圈匝数不变和线圈匝数密度不变两种情况下线圈内径、外径、厚度对传感器灵敏度和线性范围的影响,为合理选择线圈参数和优化传感器设计提供参考。 To study the effect of the probe coil geometry parameters on the sensitivity and linear measurement range of eddy current sensor,the magnetic flux distributions on the axis plane of the cylinder coils are analysis based on finite element analysis method. And the effects of internal and external radiuses,thickness of the cylindrical coil on the performances of ECS are investigated under two cases : the turn density of the coil is fixed and variable. The conclusions from the study provide a reference for deter mining the coil shape parameters and optimizing the performance of ECS.
