摘要 针对传统的工艺加工敏感元件周期长、零件间摩擦阻尼大的特性,提出基于3D刻录技术电涡流传感器的改良型敏感元件加工制备方法。设计工艺包括了敏感元件的模型建立,参数调整和实测效果验证等。实验结果表明,3D刻录涡流传感器线性范围为0~5 mm,非线性误差为0.7%,有更宽的线性范围和更好的响应灵敏度。与传统工艺制造的传感器相比,3D刻录涡流传感器具有更低的制造成本,打印模块重复利用率高,可以通过多次原型迭代来优化传感器性能。 Due to the long cycle time of traditional processing of sensitive components and characteristic of large friction damping between parts,an improved sensor manufacturing method for eddy current sensor based on 3D printing technology was designed.Modeling of sensitive components,parameter adjustments,and validation of measured effects were included in the design process.The test results show that 3D printing eddy current sensor has a linear range from 0 to 5 mm and the nonlinearity error is 0.7%,it has a wider linear range and better response sensitivity.Compared with sensors manufactured by traditional processes,3D printing eddy current sensor has lower manufacturing cost,the printing module has high repetition rate,and the sensor performance can be optimized through multiple prototype iterations.
