摘要
分析并实验研究了电涡流传感器的非线性特性,提出了用单片机技术线性化扩展电涡流传感器线性测量范围的方法.对同一电涡流传感器应用该方法扩展后,在同一最小二乘线性度指标下,线性范围从2mm扩展到4mm,即线性范围扩展为原来的2倍.
The nonliear prorerty of electric-eddy sensors is investigated by the theoretical analysis and the experiment. A new method of linearization by single-chip computer technique is proposed. The linear range of the electric-eddy sensor improved by the method is expanded from 2mm to 4mm,and the linear range is 2 times as same as that of the electric-eddy sensor without improvement.
