摘要
为系统性研究配合比对热固复合聚苯板综合性能的影响,设计了正交试验方案,采用极差分析法和方差分析法,通过对热固复合聚苯板的力学–热学性能进行研究,优选出最优配合比,并利用SEM等微观分析方法探究了最优配合比试样的力学–热学性能形成机理。结果表明:在满足其它指标的前提下,力学–热学性能的最优配合比为A2B2C3D3;EVA掺比为3.0%时,界面过渡区结合紧密,热固复合聚苯板力学性能较好;孔径越小,孔隙率越高,对导热系数降低越有利。
In order to systematically study the effect of blending ratio on the comprehensive performance of thermosetting composite polystyrene board, an orthogonal test scheme was designed. The range analysis method and variance analysis method were used to study the mechanical-thermal properties of thermosetting composite polystyrene board, and the optimal mix ratio was optimized. The formation mechanism of mechanical-thermal properties of the sample with optimal mix ratio was investigated by SEM and other microscopic analysis methods. The results show that the optimal mix ratio of mechanical-thermal properties is A2B2C3D3 when other indexes are satisfied. When the EVA blending ratio is 3.0%, the interface transition zone is tightly bound, and the mechanical properties of thermosetting polystyrene composite board are good. The smaller the pore size, the higher the porosity, and the more favorable the reduction of thermal conductivity.
