摘要
收缩对泡沫混凝土的性能有很大影响,研究了铁尾矿粉、发泡剂、水灰比和凝结时间对泡沫混凝土收缩性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜观察了泡沫混凝土的硬化结构。研究表明:泡沫混凝土的收缩率随着铁尾矿粉、发泡剂和水灰比的增加,均存在明显的极值现象,极小值分别出现在铁尾矿掺30%、发泡剂掺4.5%和水灰比为0.35时;收缩率随着凝结时间的缩短而降低;硬化结构观察表明,由钙矾石形成的结构以及气孔的大小可能是影响收缩率的关键。
Shrinkage has great influence on the performance of foamed concrete.Therefore, research the iron ore tailings,the foaming a- gent, the water cement ratio and the setting time on the shrinkage performance of foam concrete, and the hardening structure of foam con- crete was observed by scanning electron microscope.Research shows that the shrinkage of foamed concrete increases with iron ore tailings, foaming agent and water cement ratio, and there are extreme phenomenon.The minimum value appeared in the iron tailings of 30%, the foaming agent of 4.5% and the water cement ratio of 0.35.The shrinkage rate decreases with the shortening of setting time; Hardening structure shows that the structure formed by the ettringite and the size of stomata will affect the shrinkage.
