摘要
为了选定最优的玻化微珠级配,在C35玻化微珠保温混凝土配合比的基础上,选用6种不同级配的玻化微珠制成6组保温混凝土,分析保温混凝土的坍落度、离析与泌水情况、抗压强度和导热系数.结果表明:随着玻化微珠级配的减小,玻化微珠的容重越来越大;保温混凝土的坍落度越来越小,经时损失不断增大,流动性比较差,无离析和泌水现象,黏聚性和保水性良好,抗压强度越来越大,导热系数先减少后增加.最终选用的玻化微珠的级配为1.5~3.5mm,容重为85~90g/L.
Based on the mixture ratio of C35 glazed hollow bead insulation concrete,six gradations of glazed hollow bead were used to prepare six kinds of thermal insulation concrete.The slump constant,segregation,bleeding,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of thermal insulation concrete were analyzed.The results indicate that with the decrease of gradation of glazed hollow bead,bulk density of glazed hollow bead becomes larger;when the slump constant is smaller,the slump timing loss is larger.It is also seen that the liquidity of thermal insulation concrete is relatively poor and the segregation and bleeding do not occur;the cohesiveness and water retention are satisfactory.The compressive strength is larger while the thermal conductivity re-duces first but then increases.Finally,the gradation of glazed hollow bead is 1.5-3.5 mm,and the bulk density is 85-90 g/L.
