煤矸石保温混凝土力学及保温性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 对不同煤矸石掺量下的煤矸石保温混凝土进行了抗压、抗拉及保温性能试验研究。结果表明,煤矸石的加入不利于混凝土的强度,且随着掺量的增加,强度逐渐下降;但随着龄期的增加,不同煤矸石掺量的煤矸石保温混凝土的立方体抗压强度呈现一定的上升趋势;随着煤矸石掺量的增加,煤矸石混凝土的导热系数呈下降趋势,保温性能逐渐增强。当煤矸石掺量为30%时,C30煤矸石保温混凝土的强度和保温性能均满足使用要求,即煤矸石替代部分粗骨料应用于保温混凝土是可行的。 In different coal gangue, the gangue insulation concrete compressive and tensile test and thermal insulation properties were carried out, the results show that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength gradually decreased when the coal gangue added to the concrete. With the increasing age, different coal gangue thermal insulation concrete cube compressive strength showed a rising trend. With the increase of the coal gangue content, the thermal conductivity of coal gangue concrete tends to decrease, and the thermal insulation performance is enhanced. The strength and thermal insulation performance of C30 concrete can meet the requirements at the same time, when the coal gangue content was 30%. It is proved that it is feasible to use coal gangue in the field of thermal insulation concrete, instead of coarse aggregate.
