摘要
混凝土是我们常见的一种脆性材料,它很容易开裂所以它对裂缝的抵御能力不是很强。因此,在混凝土中加入添加剂以增强其强度的想法已经被采纳了几个世纪。对普通混凝土(PC)和聚丙烯纤维混凝土(PPFC)抗压性能和劈裂抗拉性能进行了试验,分别测试了其在7、14、28 d的强度,并对其进行分析与讨论。试验结果显示:较普通混凝土而言,在混凝土材料中引入聚丙烯纤维,会造成原先混凝土抗压强度有一定的损失,但在较小程度上对混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度是有增强作用的。这是因为纤维在掺量不多的前提下提升了混凝土早期强度,而过量的纤维反而会导致抗压强度的降低,但不影响劈裂抗拉强度。因此,将纤维引入混凝土中,并控制一定数量的纤维,可以防止裂缝的扩展,提高其力学性能。
Concrete is one of our common brittle materials,it is easy to crack,so its ability to resist cracks is not very strong.So the idea of adding additives to concrete to increase its strength has been adopted for centuries.The compressive and splitting tensile properties of PC and PPFC are tested,and their strengths at 7,14 and 28 d are tested,and analyzed and discussed.The test results show that the introduction of polypropylene fiber into the concrete material will cause a certain loss in the compressive strength of the original concrete,but to a lesser extent,it can enhance the splitting tensile strength of the concrete.This is because the fiber can improve the early strength of concrete with a small amount of fiber,while the excessive fiber can reduce the compressive strength,but not affect the splitting tensile strength.Therefore,the introduction of fiber into concrete and the control of a certain number of fibers can prevent the expansion of cracks and improve its mechanical properties.
