纤维混凝土复合材料的力学性能及强度模型研究 被引量:5

摘要 在混凝土中添加钢纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维制备纤维混凝土复合材料,通过预制成型得到混凝土试件,对其抗压、抗折和劈裂抗拉强度以及钢纤维与聚乙烯醇纤维的协同效应进行了研究。结果表明:单独掺入聚乙烯醇纤维时,混凝土试件的抗折强度及劈裂抗拉强度显著提升,而抗压强度表现为略微降低;单独掺入钢纤维或钢纤维与聚乙烯醇纤维混掺时,混凝土试件的抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度均显著提高,添加适量的混合纤维产生的正协同效应对提高混凝土试件强度影响显著,且聚乙烯醇纤维的掺入有利于混凝土试件破坏时的多缝开裂。通过实验数据拟合得出幂函数模型可以较准确地描述纤维混凝土抗压-抗拉强度关系,具有较高的理论应用价值。 Fiber concrete composite material was prepared by adding steel fiber(SF)and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber to concrete.Concrete specimens were obtained by preforming,and their compressive,flexural and splitting tensile strengths and the synergistic effects of steel fibers and polyvinyl alcohol fibers were studied.The results shown that the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete specimen were significantly improved when PVA was added alone,while the compressive strength was slightly reduced.When SF was mixed alone or SF and PVA were mixed,the compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete specimens were significantly improved.The positive synergistic effect produced by adding an appropriate amount of mixed fibers had a significant effect on improving the strength of the concrete specimens,and the addition of PVA was conducive to multislit cracking when concrete specimens failed.The power function model obtained through experimental data fitting can accurately described the compressive-tensile strength relationship of fiber concrete,and had high theoretical application value.
