摘要
剪切增稠胶(STG)是新型的柔性功能材料,在外界应力作用下自身能够增稠变韧,展现出抗低速冲击的防护潜力。掺杂短绒是提升STG动态力学性能的一项有效手段。为了深度提升该掺杂短绒STG的动态力学性能,重点探究STG制备过程中搅拌转速和混合温度等工艺条件对其动态力学性能的影响,采用动态热机械分析仪测试所制备的STG样品在不同剪切频率下的动态模量,发现搅拌转速更影响掺杂短绒STG的动态力学性能,试验范围内提高搅拌转速更能增强动态力学性能。此外,发现搅拌转速为825r/min、混合温度为60℃的工艺条件下所制备的STG损耗因子最小,说明其动态力学性能最优。通过优选掺杂短绒STG的制备工艺条件,提升了STG的动态力学性能,以促进其在柔性防护材料中的应用。
Shear thickening gel(STG)is a new type of flexible functional material that can thicken and toughen itself under the action of external stress,showing potential for low-speed impact protection.Doping flocks is an effective way to improve the dynamic mechanical properties of STG.In order to further improve the dynamic mechanical properties of the doped flocks STG,this paper focused on exploring the influence of process conditions such as stirring speed and mixing temperature during the preparation of STG on its dynamic mechanical properties.The dynamic modulus of the prepared STG samples under different shear frequencies were tested by the dynamic thcrmomcchanical analyzcr.lt was found that the stirring speed had more influence on the dynamic mechanical properties of doped flocks STG,and increasing the stirring speed in the experimental range enhanced the dynamic mechanical properties.In addition,the loss factor of STG prepared under the mixing speed of 825RPM/min and mixing temperature of 60℃was the minimum,indicating the optimal dynamic mechanical properties.In this paper,by optimizing the preparation process conditions of doped flocks STG,the dynamic mechanical properties of STG were improved,so as to promote its application in flexible protective materials.
