摘要
在“大食物观”的背景下,食品专业人才对推动食品行业发展至关重要。本文围绕如何有效构建食品学科为主的多学科交叉人才培养模式进行探究,通过推动食品类专业教学改革,构建“食品+”人才培养模式,完善食品交叉学科课程体系,锻炼食品类专业学生的“食品+”思维,提升学生的创新能力和实践能力,塑造适应社会发展和满足食品行业需求的复合型高级工程技术人才。
In the context of the “an all-encompassing approach to food”, food professionals are very impor-tant to promote the development of the food industry. This paper explores how to effectively construct a multi-disciplinary interdisciplinary talent training model based on food disciplines, by promoting the teaching reform of food majors, constructing the “food+” talent training model, perfecting the food interdisciplinary curriculum system, exercising the “food+” thinking of food majors and improving their innovative and practical abilities, in order to create compound senior engineering and technical personnel who can adapt to social development and meet the needs of the food industry.
