摘要
产教融合是人才培养与供给可持续良性发展的有效思路,得到政府强大的政策支持,已被纳入国家中长期教育改革和发展规划,明确要求各高校支持和推进产业化协同育人。苏州科技大学电子与信息工程学院将自身发展主动融入地方产业,将企业人才需求不断导入人才培养过程,形成了需求驱动的人才培养体系。文章即是电气工程及其自动化和建筑电气与智能化2个专业共同开设的课程《传感器与检测技术》在课程产教融合过程中的路径探索经验。首先分析了苏州外部驱动力,指明产教融合能有效推动行业和企业发展;然后分析了学校内部驱动力,指明产教融合对于人才成长的巨大助力作用;以《传感器与检测技术》课程为例,详细阐明了课程大纲编写、授课目标、内容讲授、结课考核等多个环节的举措探索,并给出了案例。事实证明,各门课程作为产教融合践行的基本单元,有必要、有条件尝试各类路径,为产教融合整体框架服务。
The integration of industry and education is an effective approach for the sustainable and healthy development of talent cultivation and supply. It has received strong policy support from the government and has been included in the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan. It clearly requires various universities to support and promote industrial collaborative education. The School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Suzhou University of Science and Technology has actively integrated its own development into local industries, constantly introduced enterprise talent demand into the talent training process, and formed a demand-driven talent training system. This article explores the path exploration experience of the course “Sensor and Detection Technology” jointly offered by the two majors of Electrical Engineering and Automation, as well as Building Electrical and Intelligence, in the process of integrating industry and education. Firstly, the external driving forces of Suzhou were analyzed, indicating that the integration of industry and education can effectively promote the development of industries and enterprises;Then, it analyzed the internal driving forces of the school and pointed out that the integration of industry and education plays a huge role in promoting talent growth;Taking the course “Sensors and Detection Technology” as an example, this article elaborates on the exploration of measures in multiple aspects such as course outline writing, teaching objectives, content teaching, and final assessment, and provides a case study. It has been proven that each course, as a basic unit for the practice of industry education integration, is necessary and conditional to try various paths to serve the overall framework of industry education integration.
