摘要
深化产教融合过程中牵涉多方利益相关者的跨系统合作,其合作成效取决于内外部主体的参与动力。目前深化产教融合过程中,利益相关者主体之间由于缺乏有效的动力机制,导致“合而不融”与“融而不深”等问题。基于利益相关者视角,从权威利益相关者、紧密利益相关者、核心利益相关者和边缘利益相关者这四大主体中,分析其不同的利益诉求,从制度设计、利益获得、资源配置和教育情怀等方面,挖掘利益相关者的参与动力,从而构建以多元共治理念为引领的制度完善机制、利益协调机制、资源共享机制和教育情怀培育机制。在深化产教融合过程中,促进各利益相关主体在对话与竞争、协商与合作中实现共治共赢的发展新格局。
In the process of deepening the integration of vocational education with industry,cross-system cooperation among multiple stakeholder with vested interests is involved,and the effectiveness of cooperation depends on the participation motivation of internal and external entities.However,due to the lack of effective motivation mechanisms,problems such as cooperation without integration and integration without depth exist among stakeholders.Based on the stakeholder perspective,different interests can be analyzed from four main entities of authoritative stakeholder,closely related stakeholder,core stakeholder,and peripheral stakeholder.By exploring the participation motivation of stakeholders from the aspects of educational concepts,institutional design,interest acquisition,resource allocation,and academic sentiment,a system evaluation mechanism,interest coordination mechanism,resource sharing mechanism,and educational sentiment cultivation mechanism can be constructed,guided by the concept of pluralistic governance.This can promote the development of a new pattern of governance and win-win cooperation among stakeholders through dialogue,competition,negotiation,and cooperation in deepening the integration of vocational education with industry.
