摘要
高校劳动教育思想政治教育功能的实现需要高校与家庭、社会、政府等的协同参与。但是,当前环境下,家庭劳动教育氛围不浓,社会劳动教育参与不充分,政府对劳动教育的支持力度不够。学校、家庭、社会与政府之间缺乏相关的协同机制,已经成为高校劳动教育思政教育功能实现的主要障碍。协同理论是研究多个组织间相互作用的一种理论范式,其以系统科学和系统论为基础,强调开放系统中各个要素之间的相互影响、相互制约。将家庭作为高校劳动教育思政教育功能实现的重要基石、完善相关协同机制、建立劳动实践基地等是高校与家庭、社会、政府等协同参与高校劳动教育,实现其思政教育功能的基本路径。
Implementation of ideological and political education function of labor education in colleges re-quires the collaborative participation of colleges, family, society and government. However, family labor education atmosphere is weak, social labor education participation is insufficient, government’s support for labor education is inadequate at present. And one of the main obstacles for the ideological and political education function implementation of labor education in colleges is the lack of synergy mechanism among college, family, society and the government. Synergy theory is a theoretical paradigm to explore the interaction among multiple organizations. And the basis is system science and systematology, emphasizing the mutual influence and mutual restriction among the various elements in the open system. Taking the family as an important cornerstone for the ideological and political education function implementation of labor education in colleges, improving the relevant synergy mechanism, and establishing a labor practice base are the basic paths for ideological and political education function implementation of labor education in colleges in coordination with families, society, and the government.
