摘要
对我国的眉茶、花茶、工夫红茶、乌龙茶和红碎茶等主要茶类,在精制过程中产生的茶尘粉体的浓度、分散度、堆积密度、真密度、安息角、滑动角、浸润性、比电阻、控制点的吸入速度和生化成分及有害物质含量等20个理化参数,反复进行了现场测试、实验室试验和分析研究,基本上探明了茶尘的性质和参数,从而为茶厂除尘工作,特别是茶厂除尘系统的设计、选型、维护管理和鉴定防尘效果,提供了科学依据。同时,也对茶尘的危害性及综合利用有了进一步的认识。
The concentration,distribution,unit weight,density,rest and splippingangles,infiltration,specific resistance,analysis of biochemical compounds,pestiside residues and absorption rate of tea dust,produced during manufactureof Chunmeen tea,Jasmine tea,Congfu black tea,Oolong tea and CTC teawere frequently determined on the spot of tea processing shops,testedand analysed in laboratory.The characteristics and parametres of tea dustwere found out.These research findings provide scientific evidence forappraisal of dust controlling effect,for design,model selection as well asmaintenance of dust controlling system for tea processing factories.Thesefindings also help to recognize the harmness of tea dust and to think out away to utilize it comprehensively.
