摘要
本文综述了在茶叶精制加工过程中茶尘的产生、及其物理和化学性质、对人的可能影响等,分析了目前茶厂除尘设施的效果,并对茶厂除尘过程及减少茶尘产生提出了建议。
The sources, physical and chemical characters of tea dusts formed during tea refiningprocess were summarized, along with its potential influence on human health. The effect of currently used techniques on reduction of tea dusts was assessed. Countermeasures for reducing tea dust formation were proposed.
