摘要
目的探讨补充支链氨基酸 (branched chainaminoacids ,BCAA)对睡眠剥夺 (sleepdepriva tion ,SD)大鼠血清支链氨基酸 /色氨酸 (Tryptophan ,Trp)比值的影响。 方法采用小站台水环境 (flower pot)睡眠剥夺模型对大鼠进行睡眠剥夺。 结果与对照组 ( 2 6.5 8± 2 .49,3 3 .75± 2 .98)相比 ,睡眠剥夺大鼠血清游离Trp浓度随睡眠剥夺时间的延长而逐渐升高 ( 2 8.5 2± 2 .5 0~ 3 3 .44± 1.91) ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清BCAA水平有下降趋势 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,BCAA/Trp比值显著降低 ( 3 1.89± 3 .5 3~ 2 7.2 3± 1.5 6) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;补充BCAA ,可增加睡眠剥夺大鼠血清BCAA水平 ,提高BCAA/Trp比值 ( P <0 .0 5 )。结论补充支链氨基酸可以提高睡眠剥夺大鼠血清BCAA/Trp比值。
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of branched-chain amino acids(BCAA) supplementation on serum BCAA/Trp (Free typtophan, F-Trp) ratio in rats subjected to sleep deprivation (SD). Methods Sleep deprivation was induced in male Sprague-Dawlay rats by employing 'flower pot' technique. ResultsCompared with the control group, the serum level of free typtophan increased significantly in sleep-deprived rats (P<0.05)in accordance to sleep deprivation time. The serum concentration of BCAA in sleep-deprived rats was slightly decreased and not significantly different from that in the control group (P>0.05 ).And in the groups of BCAA the serum level of BCAA increased significantly (P<0.05). ConclusionOral supplementation of BCAA can increase the serum level of BCAA/Trp in rats subjected to sleep deprivation.
