摘要 目的探讨失眠对老年大鼠行为和糖代谢的影响。方法采用小平台水环境的睡眠剥夺方法建立动物失眠模型,18只雄性老年大鼠随机分为对照组(C)、每天6小时睡眠组(S6h)和每天4小时睡眠组(S4h)。结果试验组大鼠的修饰行为次数、中央格停留时间、粪便颗粒数,高于C组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);旷场实验得分,S6h组>C组>S4h组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。与C组比较,试验组大鼠的FPG水平显著升高(P<0.05);与C组比较,大鼠血清INS水平,S6h组,差异无显著性(P>0.05);S4h组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。大鼠的ISI水平,S4h组<S6h组<C组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论失眠可以导致老年大鼠行为和糖代谢的改变。 Objective To explore the effects of isomnia on aged rats’ behavior and glucose metabolism.Methods Experimental model of isomnia was established by use of sleep deprivation method(flower pot),eighteen aged male rats were divided into three groups randomly:C(control group),S6h(6 hours sleep per day)group and S4h(4 hours sleep per day)group.Results Time of resting on the center lattic,number of make-up and number of excrete were significantly increased in experimental groups compared with the control group(P0.05);Total score of open-field test,S6h groupcontrol groupS4h group,P0.05.Conpared with the control group,the level of FPG in experimential groups(P0.05) were increased apparently.The level of INS was increased significantly in S4h group compared with the control group,P0.05.The level of INI in S6h group and S4h group were increased apparently compared with the control group,P0.05,and this index had apparently difference between S6h group and S4h group,P0.05.Conclusion Isomnia could change behavior and glucose metabolism in aged rats.
