摘要
注射用乳酸左氧氟沙星在高温、高湿及光照条件下 10 d,4 0℃相对湿度 75 % 6月和 2 5℃相对湿度 6 0 % 36月放置后 ,考察其外观、溶液的澄清度与颜色、酸度、异构体、有关物质、水分和含量。结果表明 ,本品对强光、高湿不稳定 ,加速及长期试验稳定性好。
To study on the stability of levofloxacin lactate for injection after to high temperature,high humidity,and light for 10 days;RH75% at 40℃ for 6 months;and RH60% at 25℃ for 36 months. The observation items include the appearance,clarity and color of the solution,pH,isomers,related compounds, water content and the poteney. The results indicate that levofloxacin lactate for injection is unstable to light and high humidity,while stable in ordinary storage conditions.
