摘要
建立了注射用甲磺酸左氧氟沙星有关物质的HPLC测定方法,色谱柱为C18柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),以己烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为293 nm,最低检测量为5.29 ng/mL,本法专属性强、准确、精密、灵敏,适用于该制剂有关物质的测定。
A HPLC method for the determination of the related substances of levofloxacin Mesylate for injection was established. A C18 column(4.6 mm× 200 mm,5 μm) was used with Hexane sulfonic acid sodium salt solution/methanol as mobile phase,speed of flow 1.0 mL/min, examination wave length 293 nm. Exclusive,accurate, precise and keen,it could be used for the determination of the related substances of levofloxacin mesylate for injection.
