摘要
采用Shim-pack CLC-SIL(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,建立了高效液相色谱法以乙腈-Ⅰ为流动相进行分离(其中Ⅰ为配制的稀硫酸溶液),二极管阵列检测器在230 nm波长处检测,测定CHP含量与有关物质。进样体积为10μL,流速为1 mL.min-1。
High performances liquid chromatography method for analyzing CHP and related substance was established by Shimpack CLC-SIL (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column. Gradient was adopted at the detection of 230 nm with a diode array detector. The quanitity of paeoniflorin was 10 μL. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1.
