人自体-异体表皮细胞混合培养及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究体外培养的表皮细胞膜片覆盖于烧伤Ⅱ、Ⅲ度创面上 ,是否可以获得理想的永久性皮肤替代物。方法 :应用空气 -液体界面培养方法 ,将自体 -异体表皮细胞按一定比例 (1∶ 1)混合后培养出细胞膜片 ,移植于 10例烧伤病人的深Ⅱ、Ⅲ度创面上 ,并观察其愈合情况。结果 :移植 16块膜片 ,成功 11块 ,失败 5块 (其主要原因为感染、受压及移动 )。结论 :该方法简单易行 ,为缺乏皮源的烧伤病人提供了一个可用的方法。 Objective:To research whether the cultured epidermic cell film can be a permanent skin substitute. Method:Using the air-liquid method to culture human auto/allogenic epidermic cells, and graft on the deep second degree and third degree wound bed of 10 patients. Result:10 of 16 films growth well and 5 of them ceased growing because of infection, shift or pressure. Conclusion:Mixed culture of human epidermic cell can be a good way for those patients in serious burn injury.
