摘要
寻找理想的烧伤创面覆盖物,是当前临床的迫切需要,我们从真皮组织中提取胶原,制备成多孔膜,并在膜的两面分别种植表皮细胞和纤维母细胞,形成具有生物活性的人工复合皮,移植在小鼠全层皮肤缺损创面及各类烧伤创面,能起到良好的骨架作用,促进愈合,未使创面再暴露,无论大体观察还是组织形态学检测都显示出其特有的优越性。经临床初步应用10例,除3例因感染液化外其余7例全部成活。
It is in urgent need clinically to look for an ideal substance for the coverage of burn wounds due to shortage of autografts and allografts. Collagen was extracted from cadaver dermis to make a porous membrane and allo-epidermal cells and allo-fibroblasts were seeded on the 2 sides of the collagen membrane respectively to achieve an artificial composite allograft with bio-activity.It was applied to a wound of which the full thickness of the skin was excised in mice.The cornposite allograft served as the framework to promote wound healing and prevent the wound from reexposure to bacterial invasion. Both general and histomorphological observations showed that this artificial composite allograft has its specific advantages.Preliminary clinical application to burn cases obtaintied a similar results.
