随着知识经济的发展,“能力本位”成为现代人力资源价值取向的基本准则和核心。强化能本管理,有效开发、利用教师的智力潜能和实践创新能力,是把学校丰富的人力资源优势转变为现实发展优势的有效途径。可从引导自主学习、创设压力情境、多用激励策略三个方面做起。
With the development of knowledge economy, 'ability standard' has become the basic norm and core of value orientation of the modem human resources. It is the effective approaches of changing the rich human resources of schools into the real development advantages to strengthen the ability standard management and effectively develop and make use of the teachers' intellectual potentials and practical innovative ability. We can start from guiding self learning, creating pressure context and adopting stimulus strategy.
