摘要
能本管理作为一种新的管理思想,是对传统的管理思想和人本管理思想的一种发展,受到国内外企业的重视,但其不可避免地存在一定的局限性,是一把双刃剑。本文详细的分析了能本管理的双重作用,希望能为实施能本管理的企业提供借鉴。
As a new management idea,ability-based management is the development of traditional management idea and human-based management idea. Many companies pay more attention to it, but it unavoidably has many limits and is a double-blade sword. This article analyzed in details the dual effects of the ability-based management, hoping to provide some suggestions for the enterprises applying ability-based management.
