摘要
随着知识经济的发展,“能力本位”成为现代人力资源价值取向的基本准则和核心。强化能本管理,有效开发、利用教师的智力潜能和实践创新能力,是把学校丰富的人力资源优势转变为现实发展优势的有效途径。文章结合实践案例,从引导自主学习、创设压力情境、多用激励策略三个方面就现代学校如何以能为本,提升教师素质,开发教师资源,提高管理效益展开论述。
With the development of knowledge economy,competence standard has been the basic criterion and core of judging the value of modern school human resources. It's an effective way for us to transform abundant human resources in school to actual development priority by making full use of teachers' intelligence potentiality and practical creativity. Taking practical cases for example,the essay deals with how to take competence as a standard to improve teachers' quality,exploit teachers resources,and promote management profit in instructing active learning,creating pressure circumstances and utilizing encouragement tactics.
