摘要
杜氏藻Dunaliella属已有记录的种类近30种,其中盐生杜氏藻含有极丰富的β-胡萝卜素,是很有开发意义的植物性维生素A源。综述了杜氏藻属的分类、生化组成、生理、生态和培养条件等方面的研究进展,同时简述了胡萝卜素的生物生产方法。
The advances on taxonomy, biochemistry, physiology, ecology and culture methods of the genus Dunaliella were reviewed in this paper. Nearly 30 species have been described in this genus, among which D. salina is much attracting commercial attention due to the richest plant sources of β-carotene as a useful sources of pro-vitamin A. The method for biological production of carotene is briefly introduced.
