摘要
陕北地区具有独特的区位优势、资源优势和人文优势,在我国实施西部大开发的战略中,作为国家未来的能源重化工基地,陕北区域经济的发展不仅会对陕北和陕西的经济社会发展起到积极的作用,而且也将会成为整个西部地区的一个增长极。
Northern Shaanxi takes the advantages of geographical position and natural and humanistic resources.In the course of West development strategy,being the state base of energy and heavy chemistry industry in the near future,Northern Shaanxi regional economy not only plays a positive role in the economic and social development of Northern Shaanxi and Shaanxi,but also will become an increase point in the whole west region.
