摘要
通过对经济环境与经济发展关系的论证,针对陕北区域经济的实际,提出了建设硬环境、经营软环境的新理念,阐述了"整体规划、合理布局;突出特色、体现优势;适度超前、跨越发展"的原则以及陕北区域经济环境提升和创新的着力点。
The author of the article,by demonstrating the relationship between economic environment and economic development,raises the new idea of improving 'hard' environment and creating 'soft' environment in accordance with the economic reality in the region of Northern Shaanxi.Meanwhile,he elaborates the principle of 'longterm planning, reasonable design,distinguishing features,reflecting superiority,suitable advance,rapid development' and points out the focus of attention for improvement and creation for economic environment in the region of Northern Shaanxi.
