摘要
利用板壳理论中的Hill分叉屈曲理论 ,建立了拉深中圆环形法兰边的屈曲模型 ,推导了各向同性板材的弹塑性稳定性方程 ,分析了法兰区板料屈曲的影响因素 ,提出了控制屈曲的方法 。
On the base of Hill's bifurcation point bulking theory, it is calculated that winkling model of circle flange in the process of sheet drawing The elastic plastic constitutive equations of isotropic materials are obtained and the influences of several factors on wrinkling of flange are analyzed The ways to control wrinkling are put forward This model can provide necessary theoretical basis for the engineering practices
