摘要
利用内皱修正模型,结合曲面零件在成形过程中的几何条件及应力分析分别推导了圆锥形零件和球形零件不发生内皱的临界条件。通过对临界条件的数学分析,得到了球形零件在成形过程中内皱发生的具体时刻,并最终获得了球形零件成形过程中不用压边也不发生内皱的判据。
By means of an improved inner-wrinkling model with geometric conditions during the formation process,it deduces the critical conditions for nonoccurrence of innerwrin-king for the drawing of tapered shell part and spherical shell part.This can determine the accurate inner-wrinkling formation moment with mathematic analysis of critical conditions.It concludes the criteerion for the nonoccurrence of inner-wrinkling during the drawing of curved surface parts even without the use of blankholder.
