摘要
在建立皱曲模型的基础上,导出了拉深过程中的皱曲临界切向压应力的表达式.给出了不皱曲的判定式。用计算机回归出了拉深过程中毛坯相对厚度极大值位置的关系式。以10#钢为例,绘制出了拉深过程中毛坯相对厚度的变化曲线和不皱曲临界曲线(皱曲控制图),并通过了实验验证.这些可供拉深件的生产单位直接使用。
On the basis of constructing wrinkling model,it is calculated that the wrinkling critical tangent pressure formula in the process of drawing.It is given that the nowrinkling judgment formula.It is regressed that the relation formula of the semifinished product relative thickness maxia place in the process of drawing with the computer.It is drawn that both the change curve of the semifinished product relative thickness in the process of drawing and the nowrinkling critical curve(Wrinkling control diagram)as an example of the 10# steel.And they are tested and rerified by means of the exprernents.These are directly used for the production units of the drawing pieces.
