摘要
从品质鉴定、品质性状遗传相关性研究及环境因子对品质的影响等方面综述了近年来黄瓜品质的研究进展,并探讨了品质研究的方向。
Progress of studies on cucumber quality in the last decade is summarized, including quality evaluation, heredity and correlation between quality characters and environmental factors. The research trend in this field is also discussed.
