不同氮钾水平对春棚小黄瓜产量及品质的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Different Levels of Nitrogen and Potassium on Yield and Quality of Spring Mini-cucumber in Arched Shed

摘要 以“壮瓜”小黄瓜为试材,研究了氮钾互作对春棚小黄瓜产量及营养品质的影响。结果表明:氮钾肥在提高黄瓜营养品质方面存在一定的互作效应,适量增施氮钾的用量和比例能够明显提高小黄瓜产量和营养品质,单纯增钾没有表现出明显的增产效应。在氮0~900kg/hm2、钾0~450kg/hm2范围内随施用量的增加,可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸含量逐渐升高。氮肥不利于vC、可溶性糖含量的提高,氮水平较低时增施钾肥能明显提高果实中可溶性糖和vC的含量。 Effects of different N and K application on mini-cucumber yield and quality in arched shed were studied. Results showed N and K had significant interaction effect on quality of mini-cucumber. The mini-cucumber yield and quality were improved significantly by increasing the proper amount and ratio of N and K applications, however there were no yield increasing effects if only increased K application. When 0~900 kg/hm2 N and 0~450 kg/hm2 K were applied, soluble protein and free amino acids increased gradually. But higher N application led to lower vitamin C (vC), soluble sugar contents. Higher K application led to higher soluble sugar and vC contents in fruits of mini-cucumber when the application of N was low.
