为提高肾移植病人的生活质量 ,建立“移植之家” ,利用移植网络平台 ,实行温馨护理服务 ,为病人提供了一个多层次的、双向的、全方位的。
To improve the quality of life in patients with kidney transplantation, we established a “Transplantation Home”.Utilizing the internet of transplantation to perform the warm nursing service of heath education, and provided a multi-stratification, bi-directional,comprehensive and humanistic nursing model for the patients.
