摘要
笔者报道人性化管理在急诊科护理管理中的应用,认为:(1)护理管理要以人为本;(2)重视和谐奋进的集体力量;(3)注重进步与发展。人性化管理强调对护理人员的个性管理,注重内部的文化管理,并进行职业生涯设计和实行生涯管理,从而达到稳定急诊科护理队伍,提高护理质量,树立急诊科护理人员良好形象的目标。
The authors reported the application of humanity management in emergency department nursing management, argued:(1) human-center nursing management;(2)paying attention to harmonious and active collective spirit;(3)emphasizing progress and development. Humanity management emphasizes the individual management of nursing staff, notices the interior cultural management, carries out career design and management career, so as to stabilize emergency nursing staff, improve nursing quality and set up better image of emergency nursing.
