摘要
对膜蒸馏法浓缩乙二醛水溶液的可行性及工艺过程特性进行了研究.根据传热传质机理对实验结果进行了分析和讨论.乙二醛水溶液对聚四氟乙烯膜的疏水性没有影响;质量分数40%的乙二醛水溶液膜通量为同实验条件下纯水料液膜通量的64%.导致乙二醛水溶液膜通量下降的主要原因是料液黏度增大和蒸汽压下降.
The process performance and feasibility of the concentration of gyloxal-water solution by air gap membrane distillation are studied.The experiment results are analyzed according to the proposed heat and mass transfer mechanism.The gyloxal has not influence on the hydrophobicity of PTFE membrane.Membrane distillation of gyloxal-water solution at a concentrations of 40% gives a flux of 64% of that of pure water feed.The flux reduction for gyloxal-wate is largely due to viscosity increasing and vapour pressure reduction.
