摘要
采用气相色谱法测定乙二醛溶液中的乙二醇,简便快速、准确性好、灵敏度较高。乙二醇的检出限为0.10mg/mL,在0.30~2.00mg/mL浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)大于0.998。将目标物定量加入到空白水样中,乙二醇加标回收率在95.06%~103.40%范围内,其RSD值在2.56%~3.32%之间。结果表明,该法可应用于乙二醛溶液中的乙二醇的测定。
A method based on gas chromatography for the determination of ethylene glycol in glyoxal solution for industrial use was o described. This method is rapid, accurate, and has good sensitivity. The limit of detection of ethylene glycol was 0. 1 mg/mL, respectively. Good linearities were achieved for the targeted compounds over the range of 0.15 - 2.0 mg/mL. The average spike recovery for targeted compounds ranged from 95.06% to 103.40% , while the relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range of 2.56% - 3.32%. It is suitable for the determination of ethylene glycol in glyoxal solution for industrial use.
