摘要
乙二醛作为精细化工中的一种重要的中间体,广泛应用于化工的诸多领域中。但由于其在开发应用方面存在局限性,不能大量生产,使乙二醛供不应求。通过分析乙醛硝酸氧化生成乙二醛的工艺路线,对不同催化剂的催化效果进行相关阐述。
Glyoxal is an important intermediate chemical of fine Chemicals. It is widely used in many areas of chemical industry. However, because of its application in the development of limitations,glyoxal can not be mass-produced so as to be in short supply, ln this paper, the acetaldehyde synthesize the glyoxal under the catalytic oxidation of nitric acid. Through the analysis from the process line, the paper explained on the catalytic effect of different catalysts.
