摘要
采用自制中空纤维膜蒸馏组件对含甲醇水溶液进行膜蒸馏处理研究 ,考察了影响甲醇通量的因素。如料液温度、浓度、流速 ,以及载液流速等。找到了最佳的工作条件。在料液温度 45℃ ,载液温度 2 0℃ ,两侧流速为 1 1 .5 m L/min的条件下 ,膜通量约为 0 .45× 1 0 -3kg/m2· h。浓度高达1 0 mg/m L的甲醇水溶液经处理后可降至 0 .0 3mg/m L以下。
Experimental factors of some removing methanol from wastewater were studied by membrane distillation technique, such as, the temperature, concentration, flow rate of the feed solution and the flow rate of the absorption solution. The optimum experimental conditions were found. The membrane distillation flux of methanol could reach to 0.45×10 -3kg.m2·h when the temperatures of the feed solution and absorption solution were 45℃ and 20℃, the flow rates of the feed solution and absorption solution on both sides of the membrane were 11.5ml/min, respectively. The content of methanol in the membrane were 11.5ml/min, respectively. The content of methanol in the feed solution could dropp to 0.03mg/ml when the concentration of 10mg/ml methanol in the feed solution was used in the membrane distillation.
